Non-profit, non-governmental organization GOVERNANCE AND PROBLEM ANALYSIS CENTER Established on March 23, 2006. Main goals:
- Fundamental civilizational, political and public administration research projects;
- Developing drafts of state policies, concepts, doctrines, laws and other regulatory acts and administrative decisions;
- Conducting research in the field of economy, finances, transport; working out methods to solve the most acute problems;
- Conducting analytical, legal research of the current legislation problems;
- Working out practical recommendations for political figures, leaders of government agencies and businesses.
The Center was founded in 2006 by the representatives of country’s business, scientific and political elite. The goal was to consolidate Russian scientific and expert community in order to carry out investigations on the crucial problems of Russia’s development and elaborate legal base for their solution.
