Contemporary wars have distinctive aspect – they are being conducted by soft power methods, thus, they are barely identified and diagnosed. Its efficiency maybe measured in classic forms of damage to the opponent: entire or partly loss of political and economic sovereignty, loss of manpower and material harm. The lack of repulsing the military attack might bring to the final loss of geopolitical power.

The Governance and Problem Analysis Center frequently holds the meetings in the brainstorming form. Such type of round tables allows elaborating practical suggestions.
