On August 5, 2011 the joint meeting of the Public Council and the Public Expert Council on Legal Affairs at mayor of the city took place in Oryol to discuss the project of the new Russia’s Constitution elaborated by Governance and Problem Analysis Center.
This is the first public testing of the project, held on the initiative of regional community, backed by municipal authorities, which indicates complex process of understanding the circumstances of today’s life of the country, taking place in the regions.
The keynote speaker was General Director of the Center Sulakshin Stepan, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Doctor of Political Sciences, who presented results of 2-year research within the project "National Idea of Russia." The participants were presented the author's methodological elaborations of criteria for the success of the country’s development and its governance programming.
