On Thursday, September 15 there took place session of the Humanitarian Seminar concerning general problems of world 
construction: "Russia and mankind: problems of world construction".
Report on "Russia's role in the World: the right to existence and historical display” made by Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Sergey Malkov.
Based on the differences between the two systems (East and West), he constructed mathematical model that allowed him to make several conclusions.
Discussion of the report reflected the centuries-old confrontation between humanitarians and natural scientists. Philosophers, historians, policymakers saw no novelty of research and pointed out errors in presentation of historical facts. Naturalists believed the research was the important step in scientific understanding of the history of civilizations, which has significant forecasting value.
