Expert Community “Russian Network Intellect”

What is Russian Network Intelligence? Expert Community “Russian Network Intellect” started developing in 2008 in an effort to consolidate the country’s intellectuals and as a result - to set up an efficient “think tank”, concentrating national intelligence and linking it to political authorities.

Its work is based on using Network Intellect as an advanced mean of scientific process.

Territorial coverage:

Expert Community “Russian Network Intellect” gathers more than 1500 experts from over 170 Russian cities and 11 foreign countries. The community constantly enlarges increasing its territorial coverage.

Professional staff of the Expert Community:

21% hold Doctor’s degree

34% hold PhD degree.

Russian Network Intellect settles concrete tasks:

Conducting analysis and forecast of socio-economic anв political situation in the country.
Participating in initiative projects concerning pressing issues of Russia’s development.

Reviewing of Russia’s regional development Doctrine, Competition Code of the Russian Federation, Legislation acts in Russia, Legislative initiation package concerning establishment of financial development institution – State Investment-Credit Off-budget Fund of Russian Federation (GVIKF) etc.

The most important scientific products of the Expert Community are brought to the notice of the country’s political authorities, which actually means providing them with views and opinions of independent scientific circles.
