The full text in Russian>>

Panarin answers affirmatively, considering that “universalism is the world history core idea - as the logic of mankind civilization establishment – not in linear, but in cyclic time, when new civilization syntheses “liberate human energy, inspire creative processes,  favour the motivation level increase”, and afterwards they fall into decay and are replaced by more scaled and efficient ones.
