RUSSIAN STATE AND STATE-CIVILIZATION: THE ORIGINS AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
 
The author marks out universal features that are typical for any state and predetermine its responses to challenges or limit its regulatory opportunities. According to the author, these universal features cause internal conflicts and controversies that pursue the state during its whole history. Russians ought to solve those problems that facilitate elimination of the sharpest universal conflicts in the state.

EUROPEAN PRACTICE OF CONSTRUCTING POLITICAL AND PARTY SYSTEMS
The financial-economic crisis has revealed the limited nature of the EU regulatory functions. Traditional structural elements of politics have lost many of their inherent features. For example, the influence of political parties as a main carrier of political culture decreases. At the same time, other forms for problem solving in the society such as non-party movements and global corporatism become stronger. However, according to the author, party systems are likely to survive.

YOUTH POLICY OF RUSSIAN POLITICAL PARTIES: DISCOURSE AND POLITICAL ANALYSIS PRACTICE
The article analyzes activities of political parties that lead to reproduction of civil and political practices by Russian young people. The peculiarities the CPRF and the United Russia party youth policies are described in the research. The author concludes that all political parties in contemporary Russia facilitate reproduction of destructive civil practices by young people.
