Variability and cyclicity of the global social humanity evolution.
Monograph. M.: Nauchnyi Expert, 2009. 464p.
The fundamental monograph raises the problems of regularities in the humanity evolution. The monograph implies that the social as well as biological nature of a human is developed by the objectively existing laws. In particular, the human wills if put together turn into objectively determined evolution factor. It has been shown that along with determination of the global process the significance of manmade interferences is still high. A human can create history thus determining variability of historical trajectories of single states and civilizations. The fundamental presence of evolution cyclicity in historical social process has been revealed.
The base of civilizational stability and evolution of a given country is analyzed within a new approach. The humanity objective reality is defined by complex influence of historical, geographical, mental value, religious, governance and some other factors. Its separate and complex influence is considered to reveal the optimum configuration for evolution and success of a given country. The configuration is an original for each country. In particular, the direct implementation of successful models of some western countries into Russia should raise the opposite results.
The scientific forecasting and its implementation for efficient governance is additional and important resource for the country’s successful evolution. The results of the monograph are not only academic but also practical and can be implemented into public administration and politicalpractices.
The conception of variability of the global humanity evolution is discussed. This conception is an alternative to the globalization and anti-globalization ideas. The differentiation between the expansion based globalization and the communication based globalization has been done. The monograph is distinguished by the use of variability conception instead of failed universality conception concerning global humanity evolution. The suggested conception and ideology is actual for overcoming the global crisis and peaceful development. The monograph is addressed to political scientists, social scientists, politicians and specialists in Eastern countries.
