Electronic magazine "Scientific Expert"
We are pleased to draw your attention to the monthly on-line magazine “Nauchnyi Expert” (“Scientific Expert”).
and theoreticians of fundamental studies. But not to a lesser degree “Nauchnyi Expert” is addressed to those, who can practically implement the unique projects that often are born in the community of scientists and experts and then not used for years. This includes government managers, deputies and their assistants, representatives of parliaments, departments and ministries, as well as public politicians.
